Our tropical fruit comes from Latin American and other parts of the Southern Hemisphere, a region recognized globally for exceptional growing conditions. We work exclusively with growers who meet our strict quality standards and harvest at peak ripeness.

Every batch is processed within 48 hours of harvest, to lock in freshness and then air shipped to our warehouse in Miami. This is why our purées and syrups taste closer to fresh fruit than anything else on the market.
