Primor Tropical Sunset Cocktail

Passion fruit and mango layered into a sunset gradient. Works with rum or without it, so one recipe covers the whole table.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Primor Mango Purée
• 1 oz Primor Passion Fruit Purée
• 2 oz white rum, optional
• 3 oz orange juice or sparkling water
• 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
• Ice
• Orange wheel, to garnish

Method

1. Fill a tall glass with ice.
2. Add the mango purée, rum if using, orange juice, and lime. Stir to combine.
3. Slowly pour the passion fruit purée down the inside of the glass so it settles into a layer.
4. Garnish with an orange wheel and serve without stirring.

Notes

The layered look depends on pouring the passion fruit slowly over the back of a spoon. Rush it and the colors blend. For the mocktail version, swap the rum for sparkling water and add another half ounce of mango purée to keep the body. Pink guava purée works in place of passion fruit if you want a softer gradient.
