Primor Guava Fruit Salad Supreme
Fruit salad usually sits there. Guava purée turns it into something with a dressing, coating everything in tropical sweetness instead of leaving the fruit to sit in its own juice.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Primor Pink Guava Purée
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 2 kiwi, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup blueberries or grapes
- 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
- Vanilla ice cream, to serve
Method
- Combine the strawberries, kiwi, and blueberries in a bowl.
- Whisk the guava purée with the lime juice.
- Pour over the fruit and toss gently to coat.
- Chill for 15 minutes, then serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Notes
The lime keeps the purée from tasting flat and stops the fruit browning. Toss gently or the strawberries break down and the whole bowl turns pink. Best within a few hours of making. Mango or passion fruit purée work in place of guava.
