Primor Passion Fruit Sunset Mocktail

Passion fruit and orange layered into a sunset gradient, with no alcohol. Add rum if you want, but it stands on its own.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Primor Passion Fruit Purée
• 4 oz orange juice
• 2 oz sparkling water
• 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
• Ice
• Orange wheel, to garnish

Method

1. Fill a tall glass with ice.
2. Add the orange juice, lime juice, and sparkling water. Stir once.
3. Slowly pour the passion fruit purée down the inside of the glass so it sinks and layers.
4. Garnish with an orange wheel and serve without stirring.

Notes

The purée is denser than the juice, which is what creates the gradient. Pour it slowly over the back of a spoon and it will settle on its own. For an alcoholic version, add 1.5 oz of white rum with the orange juice.
